Meet the Q1798-LE
The Q1798-LE Camera is part of Axis's Q line and incorporates several innovations for the product group. The camera is designed to be a Fixed Bullet model, suitable for monitoring both indoor and outdoor areas, with an infrared sensor for total darkness monitoring and the ability to adapt to various environments, such as hallways.
4K Resolution and Canon Lenses
The sensors of the Q1798-LE have been improved; in this model, the camera can capture images at a resolution of up to 4K, in addition to having a focal length of 12 to 48mm and 4x zoom. This is due to the partnership between Axis and the well-known Canon, both manufacturers of high-quality image capture products.
Durability and Quality
Like all cameras in the Q line, the Q1798-LE has high-quality construction, this time with IP67 and IK10 ratings. The Q1798-LE also withstands a wide temperature range, supporting from -40ºC to 60ºC.
Lightfinder, Zipstream, H265, and Signed Firmware
Like the other models released in 2019, the Q1798-LE camera features all the latest innovations produced by Axis, including Lightfinder 2.0, which provides better performance in capturing color images in dark environments.
Support for the H265 standard, combined with Axis Zipstream, improves the compression of monitored images, effectively achieving extremely superior performance in file transmission and bandwidth savings.
And the signed Firmware provides a high level of encryption and security for monitoring files.
