In a new update to its line of IP cameras, Axis Communications has introduced several innovations to its category of Fixed cameras, the M11 line.
First of all, it is important to inform that the M line is the entry-level line with more affordable models from the Swedish manufacturer Axis. Although this line contains less robust products, all the materials that make up the cameras are of excellent quality. An example of this quality is that the new models in the M11 line can be installed in environments with a minimum of -25ºC and a maximum of 50ºC, which is a wide temperature range.
This line also allows for differentiation of some models based on the type of environment they are intended for, which can be indoor or outdoor. We will see more about the new products in the M11 line below:
M1134
The M1134 is a model capable of capturing images at up to 720P (HDTV), and in addition to being affordable, it was designed for quick and easy installation.
The M1134 features all the latest technologies included in Axis products, such as Lightfinder, which provides better performance in capturing color images in dark environments.
Additionally, the M1134 has an integrated microphone for audio recording and H.265 working in conjunction with Zipstream technology, which is exclusive to Axis and improves data compression performance.
M1135 and M1135-E
The M1135 and M1135-E cameras include all the innovations found in the M1134 model, such as Zipstream, support for H.265, and Lightfinder.
The difference is that these models capture images at 2MP / HDTV 1080p at up to 30 fps.
The main difference between the M1135 and M1135-E is that the first model is intended for indoor environments and has an integrated microphone. The M1135-E, on the other hand, was designed with a protective housing for outdoor environments and has an audio input.
M1137 and M1137-E
Finally, Axis developed the M1137 and M1137-E models capable of capturing images in 5MP FullHD at up to 30fps with all the functionalities already mentioned in the previous models.
As with the M1135 and M1135-E models, the main difference between the M1137 and M1137-E is that the first was designed with an integrated microphone and for indoor environments, while the model ending in "E" was developed for outdoor environments and has an audio input.
