Huawei is a global manufacturer and provider of technology solutions known in various markets such as Telephony, CFTV, and primarily Network.
Among its various network products and services, Huawei serves companies of different levels and sizes through projects directly linked to its technologies.
However, one of the major differentiators provided by the manufacturer is its warranty system for its equipment, both at the time of purchase and the possibility of renewal later on.
We will explore more about this warranty system and how to renew it based on Huawei equipment in this article.
Huawei Warranty
The Huawei warranty system has several levels that can be contracted at the time of equipment purchase or can be renewed, and depending on the warranty level, immediate replacement of the equipment at the time of defect is possible. See below for the levels:
Basic Level
If the basic level warranty is contracted, Huawei will replace the equipment (or parts) on the next business day during business hours.
Standard Level
At the standard level, Huawei informs that the maximum replacement time is up to the next business day, with the possibility of same-day replacement depending on demand and/or request time.
Premier Level
When contracting the Premier level, the replacement process is divided into priorities. Equipment and parts considered priority 1 and 2 will be replaced within up to 4 hours on a 24/7 basis (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
Meanwhile, equipment with priorities 3 and 4 will be replaced by the next business day, with the possibility of same-day replacement depending on demand and request time.
