With the recent adoption of streaming systems for use in various markets such as education, corporate, etc., many companies need to acquire equipment that can record video and audio in good quality and can stream. This is why Axis Communications - a manufacturer of video monitoring and network solutions - developed the V59 line of PTZ Cameras aimed at the streaming market.

The V59 line has several important differentiators compared to its competitors, ensuring better quality and mobility of its devices. Among these differentiators is the video capture quality, which consists of a PTZ camera (that moves in Pan, Tilt, and Zoom) and records in HDTV 1080p at 60 fps (frames per second).

Additionally, the device has an optical zoom of up to 30x, ideal for professional recording in classrooms, auditoriums, etc.

New Version V5925

Although the V59 line consists of complete solutions for streaming, Axis Communications has developed a new version of the V5915 Camera that has even more improvements to facilitate video and audio use and transmission.

The V5925 model is the first in the line to support the VISCA protocol for PTZ camera control for compatible control panels with LAN connection. Additionally, the equipment has XLR audio inputs that allow for the capture of professional studio microphones. When you purchase the V5925 camera, you receive a 3-month trial of the Camstreamer software, which is used for integration with the world's leading streaming networks.

Another important update of the V5925 compared to its predecessors is the inclusion of the H.265 codec for video compression. Together with Axis Zipstream, which improves video file compression, the H.265 codec allows for savings in data transmission over the network and consequently in the storage of data captured by the device.

The V5925 model also features firmware signed by Axis Communications, ensuring data protection and security during the camera's startup, as well as having 3G-SDI and HDMI outputs.
